IT Application Specialist (m/w/d)

Our IT division “Business Applications & Solutions” is responsible for the operation and modernization, automation and digitization of numerous applications. These include our ERP system based on AS/400, independent applications and interfaces to modern cloud and on-premise solutions. The integration of AI technologies is also one of our future goals. Our IT projects and tasks are aimed at omnichannel solutions, streamlining processes and fulfilling compliance. Become an IT Application Specialist (m/w/d) part of our team in Friedberg bei Augsburg. We are looking for you, for example, for the following applications and areas: furniture and kitchen planning software, order processing (from order acquisition to goods receipt), EDI and interface management, warehouse management systems, inventory management topics (supply chain management), tour planning.

You work closely with our specialist departments, internal developers and external service providers to optimize existing processes and integrate new applications. You coordinate the implementation of new tasks, implement quality assurance measures and ensure smooth integration into existing business processes and system landscapes. You will create documentation for our specialist departments and carry out user training. Together with colleagues and service providers, you address the operation of existing applications. As a 2nd-level support, you can support your application requests.

You have at least three years of professional experience in user care, system analysis, application, IT project or IT process management - or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an IT businessman or specialist (m/w/d). You work independently and structured. You like to take responsibility. You are interested in new technologies and their application. You think analytically and conceptually. You are able to work together and also keep a cool head in stressful situations. You bring very good German knowledge (min. C1).
