Helpers - Support Service (m/f/d)

For our residential houses in the city street in Glückstadt, where we support and accompany people with mental and physical disabilities, we are looking for committed

(m/w/d) **

for the weekends in parttime with 15–20 hours per week and also classic in a 5-day week with up to 30 hours per week.

Your tasks

Occupation & daily care: They support our residents in their daily care and everyday design, e.g. in personal care and eating, promote their self-employment and social participation, accompany activities outside the house and pay attention to changes in the living. Hygiene and protective measures will be implemented safely.

Offers & employment: They participate in the planning and implementation of group offers, festivals and leisure activities and motivate the residents to participate. Promote their skills and interests and support the documentation of the offers.

Cooperation & documentation: You work closely with professionals, family members and your team. Observations and activities document carefully in the intended systems. They participate in meetings, trainings and supervisions, take feedback and support the incorporation of new colleagues.
