IT Service Technician - Field Service / Network Technology (m/f/d)

You install and configure the entire IT infrastructure on site – from PCs and Microsoft-based servers to network components such as firewalls and switches. You systematically go to the ground, analyze hardware and network problems and ensure a quick solution directly in our practices. You plan and run IT rollouts as well as new installations and support your team in unplanned service operations. For quality assurance, you carry out careful functional, power supply and connection tests of the systems you provide. You carefully document your work done in our systems and are responsible for the maintenance of inventory and inventory.

You have a completed training as an information engineer (m/w/d), electronic engineer (m/w/d) or electrical engineer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and at least 1 year contact points to the task field. You have good knowledge of computer and network technology as well as experience with Microsoft operating systems and standard applications. You know yourself with printers, copiers and peripherals and have basic knowledge of IP telephony, telephone systems and camera and security systems. You have craftsmanship as well as a distinct technical understanding. You have experience in project work, inventory management as well as material disposition and secure German knowledge as well as basic English knowledge. You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level.
