In your function as a group manager*in Wasseraufbereitung (m/w/d) and thus a member of the management team within the development department, you are responsible for the development of water treatment systems at Kärcher Futuretech.

The professional and disciplinary leadership of your team is your responsibility.

You assume the technical and organizational responsibility for development projects in the field of water treatment, from pre-calculation to resource planning to project implementation.

With your team, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, customer specifications and legal requirements.

You work in interdisciplinary project teams to develop and improve products and to process complex customer requests in the fields of water treatment.

In addition, design and develop new solutions in water treatment and optimize existing products.

You have completed a study in the field of supply and environmental technology or a comparable technical qualification.

An additional training as a water master is advantageous.

You bring several years of professional experience in water treatment, ideally in the fields of design, project management and the professional and disciplined leadership of teams.

You have a well-founded knowledge of water treatment, including the construction of mobile treatment plants (e.g. softening and full desalination plants).

You have detectable experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams.

A self-responsible mode of operation, communication strength and a pronounced solution orientation.

You can speak German at C1/C2 level, and you can control the English language in a safe manner.

You are versed in handling CAD software such as Catia, alternatively AutoCAD and Inventor.
