You take the customization and self-tapping of pipeline pools directly at the plant. You mount prefabricated pipelines and adapt them professionally according to local conditions. You manufacture the necessary pipe mounts and mount them directly at the plant. You bend, adapt and screw precision pipe lines, for example with Swagelok or Gyrolok systems, according to isometries and local conditions. For assembly and transport, you use crane and industrial trucks professionally.

Ideally, you have a completed vocational training as a pipe locker (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), locker (m/w/d), plant mechanic (m/w/d), construction mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable training in metal or Pipeline construction. Your multi-year professional experience in piping and plant assembly, as well as in fitting, stapling and mounting of pipelines and piping pools is crucial. You are safe in handling technical drawings and pipe insulation and have experience in bending and screwing precision pipe lines, for example with Swagelok or Gyrolok systems. Professional experience in turbomachine, plant or mechanical engineering is advantageous. You have a valid crane and truck license. A screw connection training according to DIN EN 1591-4 as well as a Swagelok training, screw connections and bending are advantageous. The activity is carried out exclusively in early shifts.
