As a CNC lathe (m/w/d), you have several years of experience in the field of turning on conventional, cyclically controlled or computer-controlled lathes or lathes Manufacture of shafts and shaft-like parts Preparing and selecting clamping means, adjusting measuring devices, maintaining and archiving tool and process data Insert, clamp and align workpieces in machining machine, manufacture components, characterize components process orders according to specifications, read out the necessary information from completed work documents (signments, work plans, etc.) Control the dimensional accuracy and quality of the workpieces (e.g. according to the test plan, drawing, standards), assess the measurement results, change and document the processing process in case of deviation, possibly also independently, (= machine measurement) Take on board function for machine and workplace, participation in project groups, promotion of team work, support for upstream and downstream processing operations (e.g. targeting, references, procedure) Select or retrieve tool data and machining programs, determine reference points, check cutting conditions, tool positions and tool dimensions, if necessary correct

Professional experience in turning machines with Siemens 810D, 840D control of advantage. Professional experience in individual parts production desirable. The readiness for 3-shift work is required (spring-spinning in the week change), willingness to occasional Saturday work should be present Experience on horizontal lathes of FA. MAG Böhringer DUS and VDF series, Weingärtner, GMTK, Traub and Mazak. Good knowledge of German in word and writing. Reliability, teamability and carelessness complete your profile.
