Safety of work Care: You continuously support and develop occupational safety. Assessment: You carry out risk assessments and safety assessments. Advice: You advise managers and employees on all issues of occupational safety. Training: You organize and conduct instruction and training. Analysis: You analyze accidents and near events and derive prevention measures. Cooperation: You work closely with authorities, professional associations and external partners. Security: You ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards. Production planning Planning: You plan, control and monitor the production orders. Date-to-date: You will ensure a timely production. Resource planning: You take over capacity and resource planning. Optimization: You optimize production processes and throughput times. Vote: You agree closely with production, purchasing and sales. Quality assurance Monitoring: You monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards. QS system: You ensure the timely implementation of the QS system. Improvement: You initiate corrective and improvement measures and follow their implementation. Audits: You prepare audits and accompany them. Further development: You continuously develop the quality management system. Evaluation: You evaluate quality-relevant key figures.

=Training: You have completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable field of expertise. Professional experience: You are ideally already bringing professional experience in the production environment. Industrial safety: You have a well-founded knowledge of occupational health and safety. Expertise: You have gained experience in production planning and quality assurance. Qualification: You have an additional qualification as a specialist in safety at work (Sifa) or are willing to further develop accordingly. EDV knowledge: You control the safe handling of MS Office. Operation: You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working.
