Projektmanager (m/w/d)

In this role you are working on a challenge that is unprecedented in the region – the conversion of a growing group of companies with approx. 10,000 employees from a self-developed ERP system on SAP S/4 Hana. As a SAP test manager, you take responsibility for the planning, control and execution of our test scenarios. With the qTest test management tool, you will ensure the quality and stability of our systems during the conversion and operation.

Test strategy and planning: Development and implementation of a comprehensive test strategy for SAP S/4HANA projects. You create test plans and define test targets, test volumes and schedules. Test management with qTest: You use qTest to create test cases, plan test cycles, control test performances and document results. You ensure that all test activities are tracked and analyzed in a complete manner. Strategic test responsibility: You assume the overall responsibility for the test procedure, from test planning to approval, and ensure that all test activities take place in accordance with the defined standards and strategies. You control the tests, but do not perform them themselves. Test automation: Participation in the development and introduction of a test automation strategy that is tailored to the specific requirements of an SAP S/4HANA environment. Coordination of test resources: You conduct and coordinate the testers (internal and external) and ensure that You have all the necessary information and tools for performing the tests. Monitoring and quality assurance: As a central contact person, you monitor compliance with the test strategy and plans. You ensure that test results are documented and evaluated to ensure the quality of the SAP systems. Error and risk management: You prioritise and coordinate the elimination of defects and risks in close cooperation with the specialist departments and developers, without entering into the technical problem solving or testing. Training and support: training of key users and test teams in handling qTest as well as in test methods and processes. You are available to the specialist departments as competent contact persons.

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science or comparable training. Multiannual professional experience in the field of SAP, ideally as SAP Release Manager. Found experience in SAP Release Management. Deep understanding of SAP landscape and technical and operational aspects of SAP releases. Reliable experience in testing automation, ideally in complex SAP landscapes are advantageous Strong organizational skills and experience in managing complex projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience in risk management and quality assurance. Ability to work under pressure and deliver efficient solutions. Analytical skills and process understanding. Very good communication skills in German and English.
