As a system specialist / system specialist (m/w/d) infrastructure and technology, you will ensure a stable and secure infrastructure of our data centers and service buildings, thereby ensuring the operational readiness of IT.NRW and our customers. Your area: infrastructure, technology and security In our team we ensure the operational capability of the technical installations in the buildings of IT.NRW. This includes, in particular, technical building management with the emphasis on building infrastructure, security facilities and access control. Our team is made up of craftsmen, technicians and employees of the gate and security center. Together we ensure the smooth operation of the technical systems and support the IT services with optimal working conditions.

Your main activity: You ensure the monitoring, maintenance and operation of complex technical infrastructures (e.g. electrical engineering, cold, building automation, fire protection) in data centers and service buildings. You take over the fault management and the operational security. In this case, you analyze independent errors in technical installations, take over the interference and troubleshooting. You develop, even under critical conditions, short-term compensation measures to maintain high-availability operations and implement them. You monitor technical compliance and ensure compliance with all operator, occupational safety, maintenance and testing requirements. You contribute to the planning, tendering, awarding and implementation of modernisation measures. You support through readiness in the changing turnus.

You bring with them: Complete university or bachelor studies as an engineer in an area of technical building equipment (TGA), architecture or comparable areas. Alternatively: Completion as a technical/industry in an area of technical building equipment, architecture or comparable areas Experience in the care (operation, disintegration, modernization etc.) of various areas of TGA (technical building equipment) readiness to review under the Security Audit Act Takeover of readiness (max. 30 minutes arrival time to Düsseldorf) Class B driving licence Secure German (in Word and Writing) Also desirable are: Proof of training or skills related to TGA Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Customer and service orientation Structured and solution-oriented operation, quality awareness Additional job information A successful safety review according to § 11 SÜG NRW is required for this position (is initiated within the framework of the recruitment process).
