Senior Consultant Offer Management

Your tasks: In your new function, you take full responsibility for the supply management of sophisticated engineering services and ensure the quality, time and addressable development of competitive offers You analyze tender and award documents, evaluate opportunities and risks and develop convincing offer and price strategies together with the specialist areas In your function, you are responsible for the central supply management of the planning unit and control the entire supply process from the tender analysis to the offer tax You co-ordinate interdisciplinary offer teams and ensure the targeted cooperation of all relevant internal and external stakeholders: In doing so, you act as a central interface for procurement, law, compliance, sales and group-wide supply management and ensure compliance with all procurement and contractual requirements You advise executives and departments on offer, contract and award strategies and accompany negotiations as well as coordination with contractors:in Last but not least, you continuously develop standards, methods and processes in offering management, establish best practices and make a significant contribution to successful market management and business development

Your profile: You have a successfully completed technical/university degree as an economic engineer:in, civil engineer:in, farmer:in or through a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in offering management, bid management, or in managing complex tendering and award processes, ideally in the infrastructure, planning or engineering environment You have a strong understanding of economic relationships, offerings and the development of successful offer and pricing strategies Knowledge of HOAI as well as experience with planning and project processing processes are advantageous You recognize the potentials of digital and AI-based applications and use them profitably in your work processes With your analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, your communication strength and your sovereign appearance, you convince a wide range of stakeholders:inside and leading complex processes to success The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; Salesforce knowledge or comparable CRM systems complete your profile This is important to us: Our claim is to offer all candidates the same opportunities for entry with us, both with equal suitability.
