For this purpose, hagebau IT provides the systems and services that the around 350 shareholders of the hagebau cooperation and about 1,500 employees of the hagebau group need to implement their everyday and core business within the hagebau, as well as in the construction market and in the building materials industry. These include an industry-specific ERP solution and the Hagebau's own data center for the systems of more than 1,500 hagebau locations in Germany and Europe. Support for IT procurement (hardware and software) Cooperation in the coordination and processing of orders incl. Ensuring compliance with appointments Support for invoice checks and processing of invoice differences Communication with suppliers and internal departments Takeover of general administrative activities in the office sector Function as the first point of contact for simple user questions on workplace equipment

completed commercial training combined with first professional experience in purchasing or in a similar field Interest in IT topics; first expertise in hardware and software procurement Know-how in popular MS Office products, especially Excel and Word Structured and careful working methods as well as pronounced readiness to learn Communication and organisational skills
