Coordination and further development of data protection management Close cooperation with the external data protection officer Advice and support in compliance issues as well as participation in the implementation and monitoring of compliance requirements Advising specialists and managers in labour law issues Legal accompaniment and examination of procurement procedures and issues relating to general supply and services Processing of contract failures including extrajudicial correspondence and enforcement of claims Conception and implementation of internal training Support and further development of HSEQ Management (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) Legal assessment and internal processing of notifications under the Notice Protection Act (HinSchG) Creation of opinions, proposals for decisions and recommendations for action for the management level Management and monitoring of legal disputes in cooperation with external lawyers Compilation of legal opinions, opinions and recommendations for action

Successfully completed study of law with first and second state exams (full legal expert) Mind. 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in non-university research institutions, public institutions, technology-oriented companies or in a firm Knowledge of data protection law, compliance, labour law and general contract and economic law Experience in the field of information protection desirable Knowledge of the right to award Very good English skills Above-average ability to quickly capture, structure and translate complex legal, scientific, economic and organizational issues into practical, efficient processes High levels of analytical and conceptual thinking and a pragmatic and solution-oriented working Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation with excellent scientists from an international environment High level of sense of responsibility, integrity and communication combined with patience and a healthy sense of humor in dealing with creative, dynamic and interdisciplinary teams Enthusiasm for common goals, mutual inspiration and exceptional solutions
