With your expertise and personality, you contribute to the strategic development of our HSE values in our company. Your communication-strong personality is the door opener for executives, employees:inside and partner companies, the issues of safety of our employees:inside, environment and technical facilities, as well as the sustainability and quality of processes around our focus on electricity and gas. You drive HSE's cultural development together with us. You participate in the creation and updating of risk assessments and develop prevention measures in internal and external working groups.

You advise our executives: in the design of jobs, the workflow, the work environment, and you will develop documentation for the implementation of training and security documentation.

You carry out HSE missions and are in close coordination with your colleagues in audit management.

You monitor compliance with legal regulations when checking systems, technical tools and procedures.

You are analysing accidents at work, as well as damages, as well as initial safety assessments and comments for the Bayernwerk. The sustainable prevention measures derived from management ensure that accidents do not repeat.
