warehouse worker (m/f/d)

Activities in the warehouse & management: You store ready-to-order containers according to the FIFO principle (First In – First Out).

In the computer system (SAP), book and report completed production orders.

Determine and provide the required packaging materials according to SAP specifications and packaging regulations.

You actively participate in the implementation of the permanent inventory.

Packaging and loading: You assemble deliveries and examine them precisely for accuracy and completeness (quantity, article number) using shipping documents or barcode scanners.

You package the goods on time, taking into account the applicable shipping and packaging regulations.

The safe loading can be carried out routiniert with industrial trucks or arrange them accordingly.

Shipping papers & order processing: You compile and compile all documents required for dispatch (including shipping letters, shipping advertisements, forwarding orders, package stickers, postal papers, certificates of origin, customs invoices and AKM papers).

You will view shipments at forwarding, call cargo space and assign the exact shipping and packaging costs to the order.

You document all shipping processes, prepare data for statistical evaluations and distribute internal documents (e.g. colilists, customer correspondence).

Empty management & special tasks: You monitor the empties, determine the need and dispose empties directly to the customer.

You coordinate and control special tasks such as repacking and sorting actions carried out by internal or external employees.

Training: You have a successfully completed, two-year professional training (e.g. as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d), retailer (m/w/d) or specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d)).

Experience: You bring at least one year of well-founded professional experience in logistics and are well familiar with internal and external shipping processes.

Working methods: The professional packaging and sending in compliance with statutory and operational regulations is a matter of course for you.
