Completed study or comparable qualification with technical background Multiannual experience in technical support or customer success for B2B-SaaS Embossed customer, consulting and sales orientation Technical understanding, ideally in energy management, building automation, IoT or SaaS Communication strength, empathy and an analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation German and very good English skills
