Supporting the areas of production and logistics in the optimization and redesign of processes and in the effective use of ERP applications Support, development and administration of ERP and APS systems incl. Administration, bug analysis and database queries Adjustment and configuration of ERP systems for optimal support of business processes in close cooperation with specialist departments Creation and documentation of tailor-made solution concepts (e.g. load and obligation specifications, solution designs) for production and logistics processes Analysis, conception and introduction of new ERP solutions and their integration into existing system landscapes to increase efficiency and transparency Responsibility for application and interface support (ERP adjacent systems such as EDI, APS, MES etc.) as well as support for the 2nd level support

Successfully completed studies of economic informatics, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in ERP architecture, consulting or process design with focus on production and logistics Knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g. Infor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable) Experience in requirements analysis, presentation of workshops and stakeholder management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Understanding complex production and logistics processes and their mapping in IT systems Analytical thinking combined with pronounced communication and moderation strength
