Independently responsible and result-oriented management of demanding construction projects in the field of trenchless sewer and pipe renovation Control of construction sites with regard to quality, costs and dates Management and coordination of industrial personnel and external subcontractors Contact persons for clients, engineering offices and other project participants Negotiations with contracting entities and participation in construction meetings Work preparation, material and personnel deployment planning Measurement, follow-up management and project documentation Active participation in the construction and development of the new site

Successfully completed training as master, technician or civil engineer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience as a construction manager, project manager or polisher – ideally in civil engineering, sewer construction, pipeline construction, pipeline construction or dignified renovation Organisational skills and an independent and economic way of working Safe handling of MS Office Communication strength and joy in taking responsibility driving licence class B
