Establish and monitor metrics for efficiency, communication, and satisfaction to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team in our production centers across Germany Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems Improve and oversee the performance bonus program for our production centers Be responsible for workforce capacity planning and alignment capacity with company objectives Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-up actions, seeking as training initiatives and compensation
Previous experience in business development, people analytics, or similar fields Very good skills in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Workday, Looker, or Tableau is an advantage Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, as well as excellent analytical skills Assertiveness, a high degree of personal responsibility, a can-do mentality, and a data-driven mindset Interest and courage to try new things and make a lasting impact Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
