For the support of these buildings at the company campus in Stuttgart-Vaihingen we are looking for you as a specialist:in facility management for the commercial property and real estate management in a highly motivated team. Content and organisational support and control of external service providers and take over the property support of their own rental areas and infrastructural facilities for employees:inside Organisation and coordination of work with and through a CAFM software and permanent improvement of data as a basis of work Check and release of additional cost accounting and other creditor calculations of all locations Contact person for landlords/ house administration nationwide as well as internal areas such as tenant controlling, TQM, Legal Coordination and support of small projects in rebuilding, renovation or organisation of internal relocations and coordination of furniture management Provision of building-specific data in the context of auditing, e.g.

Successfully completed commercial training preferably in real estate and basic knowledge in facility management are advantageous Safe handling of the MS Office package Careful and independent operation Commercial thinking and negotiation skills as well as safe handling of numbers Impressed ability to work in and with a team Observation and organisational skills Service orientation, flexibility, readiness for performance and resilience Good German Knowledge of Word and Writing
