• In your role, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for currently 16 employees.
• Whether disposition, qualification, further development or promotion – our foreworkers:inside you are in the best hands.
• You are organising and monitoring the implementation of necessary teachings, trainings and other measures for the qualification and safety of your employees.
• With your professional expertise, you actively support the maintenance and coordinate inspection measures of our train safety and signal systems as well as the professional testing of our individual switch controls.
• You carefully formulate risk assessments and operating instructions for machines and thus ensure a safe working day.
• With passion you bring innovative ideas for process optimization and find pragmatic solutions for everyday and complex challenges.
• Last but not least, you are responsible for the coordination and implementation of reconstruction and renewal measures with the relevant technical and operational areas.

• Your basis is a completed training for:r Energieelektroniker:in or mechantronic:in with further training to:r Meister:in, state-tested:r Techniker:in with the technical field electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• You have already been able to gain several years of experience in the management of staff and can demonstrate knowledge with track-plan units (RSTW), electronic control units (ESTW), driving signal systems and traction control systems.
• This is ideally complemented by practical experience in construction management or construction monitoring with expertise in control and safety technology and electrical engineering.
• Personally, you score with your independent, conceptual thinking and working methods as well as the perfect mix of team spirit and initiative.
• A class B licence completes your profile.

You meet the health requirements for service personnel according to § 10 BOStrab, track work according to the DA track (with security tasks for third parties) and work with increased risk of crashing and security items. In addition, you have the suitability and willingness to work at night and weekends, as well as the readiness service.

In addition, knowledge of the management function is required in accordance with the SSB-internal junior management program Persepektive2 or a comparable qualification. A structured selection procedure or a potential analysis method can be used for the selection of candidates.
