The CJD Kita “The Wild Wolves” in Wolfsburg is a place of security, security and appreciation. In six lovingly designed groups we accompany up to 113 children from one year to the school entrance on their individual development path.

Our age-mixed groups offer a variety of opportunities for social learning, self-developing and developing a positive self-image. Functional spaces such as a movement space as well as creative and experimental areas invite the children to experience their curiosity, creativity and joy of movement.

For our integration group, we are looking for a dedicated educational specialist who, together with us, shapes an inclusive place of learning and living. In the group we accompany up to 18 children, including up to four children with special support needs. Each child is at the heart of his individual skills, needs and strengths. Your New Task

✓ Planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers based on our Kita conception ✓ Design of group activities and everyday situations for an inclusive kindergarten group ✓ Monitoring of children, documentation and derivation of individual support measures ✓ Strengthening the independence of children within the framework of our child protection concept ✓ Planning and implementation of parental events and trusting parental talks ✓ Close cooperation in the team, with specialist consulting and the social sector ✓ Participation in working groups and collegial exchange

Your profile

✓ Completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d) or completed studies as a childhood teacher (w/m/d) ✓ Alternative: Qualification as a curative nurse (w/m/d), curative teacher (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification recognised by KitaG ✓ Joy in the inclusive work and at the individual look at each child ✓ Pedagogical expertise and experience in accompanying children with and without need for funding ✓ Team spirit, reflectivity and an open, value-adding attitude ✓ Sensitivity, sense of responsibility and joy in supporting children in their development ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
