You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – starting with the target group-oriented job advertisement, the development of tailor-made search strategies, the preselection of candidates, and the conduct of selection talks. As part of our recruiting team, you work closely with the respective responsible departments to bring the best candidates on board. You work to implement current trends in the field of recruiting. In addition, you proactively promote the exchange of best practices, ideas and experiences within the team to continuously optimize recruitment strategies. You conduct structured, empirical selections and convince with your authentic, friendly way. You also form the formal frame by e.g. the results of the discussions and, last but not least, the equality officers, the representation of the disabled and the staff council. We work mobile and flexible. However, there are occasional missions on the workplace, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of economic psychology, human resources management or a comparable qualification. Competences: You already have professional experience in recruiting (preferably in public service). You bring about a safe handling of the legal regulations and thorough knowledge of civil and collective law, BGleiG, SGB and AGG. You have already gained experience in cooperation with various bodies (e.g. heavy-handed representation, personnel representation). Ideally, you have experience in the address-oriented addressing of candidates and in dealing with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, XING & Co. Other: You have pronounced communication skills. Their work is independent and structured, even with increased work. You work with a high degree of reliability and flexibility. Their expressiveness in word and writing is very good. You have the ability to act in a team-oriented manner, are socially-competent, have the ability to make decisions, and take responsibility.
