Care of the tenants, including coordination of in-, re- and extracts Implementation of tenant talks and complaint management (German & English) Regular visits to the homes and apartments Organisation of tenant meetings, information and mailing actions Creation of extensions and notifications Resolution of correspondence and administrative tasks (German & English)

Completed, at least three years of commercial training in real estate or hotel industry Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (min. B1) Multiannual professional experience in tenant care, guest service or front office in the international environment, within the last five years Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) High social and intercultural skills, professional appearance also in stressful situations Self-employed, structured working, self-initiative and high communication skills Good physical loadability for walks over several floors, partly without elevator Willingness to continue and further education Time flexibility (working hours and tasks in the morning and in the afternoon)
