Your duties Advising executives and employees on all issues relating to the safety design of workplaces, workflows and the use of work equipment and hazardous materials Assessment of safety-relevant legislation regarding its application in order to design and implement efficient, law-compliant processes Information on identified deficiencies or risks of accidents and deriving appropriate measures to eliminate and continuously improve occupational safety Participation in the creation, establishment and continuous development of valid standards within the internal management system “Coachen” of executives, moderating programs to improve the safety culture and imparting your knowledge within the framework of internal training Participation in work protection-relevant bodies (e.g. authorities, ASA, works council) Project work in the field of occupational safety Support for new and remodeling projects to comply with occupational safety regulations Implementation of internal audits and missions Your profile Successfully completed (master) degree in engineering or in the field of occupational safety First experience in the field of occupational and health protection, ideally in the manufacturing industry, as well as experienced project experience with structured and solution-oriented methods Consultancy and responsibility High level of team, communication and moderation capability Safe occurrence, enforcement and readiness to compromise Very good DV user knowledge with the usual IT tools (MS OFFICE, teams etc.), ideally experience with the software Quentic Very good knowledge of German and English Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
