For our team at Dornier Consulting International GmbH at the Stuttgart site, we are looking for you as competent and committed at the next time Team Lead (m/w/d) In the real estate management area, we control construction projects in all phases of performance. Our projects in the field of public building form the diversity of kitas, schools and nursing homes. We advise our public and private customers in all relevant building topics.

What we move together: • You independently control our diverse projects in the cluster Public Hand and Kirchliche Carrier and run a team of about 5 to 10 employees • You always have a look at the support and expansion of our customer portfolio • In addition to award procedures, the project acquisition of existing customers in the region is in your blood • You are the key interface between our customers and the project teams • The time, cost and quality assurance of our projects are constantly tracked and taxed according to our corporate objectives
