You clarify in-depth damage and service orders with clients and stakeholders, check the necessary information and provide a resilient basis for further processing and disposition. You coordinate the operational further processing, tune next process steps and ensure that responsibilities, dates and expectations are transparent. You dispose of orders to the appropriate experts and take into account damage profile, technical requirements, availability, priority and service level. You actively follow the processing process, monitor deadlines, processing levels and feedback and ensure that open points are consistently continued and resolved. You support our experts as an internal service function through structured coordination, tracking and transparent coordination in the current process. You control ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, experts and internal interfaces – where necessary also in English – and make sure that information is fully, addressable and binding. You participate in quality and process control, take complaints and complaints – where necessary – structured and support our continuous improvement process. You support the team management as well as key accounts or the head of GTS Germany in case of overarching control and tracking topics.

Completed commercial training with multi-year professional experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, damage management or service. A further qualification is desirable, for example as a specialist:in, businessman:in, insurance specialist:in or comparable practical training. You bring a good understanding of order management, disposition, operational processes and structured process coordination. A strong understanding of service and quality is yours; Separation, traceability and escalation requirements are recognised early and are structured. You communicate clearly, bindingly and professionally with different interlocutors – by phone, in writing and via digital channels. In dynamic situations, you desire calm and solution-oriented: keep an overview, prioritize, maintain, complete. A conscientious, reliable and independent way of working is of course for you; you have a high claim to your own work results.
