Senior System Engineer - IT Infrastructure / Project Management / Windows (m/f/d)

You design and implement tailor-made IT infrastructures for our customers – from on-premise solutions (Microsoft Server, VMware/Hyper-V) to cloud environments (Microsoft 365). You take over the independent management of IT projects for medium-sized customers (10-150 users) and control the implementation from planning to go-live. You drive the security and stability of the networks by proactively addressing and developing firewalls and the IT infrastructure of our customers. In close coordination with sales, purchasing and support team, you will ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction. You act as an escalation instance in the 2nd/3rd level support for complex disorders and pass on your knowledge to junior colleagues as needed.

You have a training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informant:in for system integration, or convince us as a cross-release:in with corresponding practical experience. You bring at least five years of professional experience as an IT administrator:in or in a comparable position, ideally with first project responsibility. Your tech stack is wide: You know very well with Microsoft environments (Client/Server, Active Directory, O365), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networks and security topics. You work independently and structured, keep track of the project phases and show a high degree of self-initiative. For exchange with customers and in the team, you speak fluently German (C1) and have a class B driving licence.
