Product Owner (m/f/d)

Control of an agile developer team asProductOwner with the aim of designing digital health solutions that are at the same time user-centred, safe and regulative. Full responsibility for ticket management and backlog management, including prioritisation according to user value,risk impact,business valueandtechnical feasibility. Developing technical requirements in close coordination withproduct management,business analysis,IT security,data protection and compliancewith clear focus on robustrisk and control mechanisms. Precise user cancellation and acceptance criteria, which translate professional, technical and regulatory requirements such as data protection, information security and auditability into clearly structured, implementable work items. Active co-design ofsolution architectures andendtoend processes in the area ofHealth Data to identify risks early on, to make them transparent and to minimize them with excellent product design and process design.

Multiannual experience as ProductOwner or in a comparable role in agile development teams, ideally in the environment of digital health solutions or other highly regulated industries. Completed studies, preferably at a renowned university, in computer science, business informatics, medical computer science, business or health care management, or a comparable discipline. Found understanding of user experience, user research and user-centric product development as well as proven experience in working with DesignThinking, UserCenteredDesign and agile methods such as Scrum. Good knowledge in the areas of data protection, information security, compliance and risk management or the clear willingness to work on these issues systematically. A pronounced Ownership Mindset, high analytical strength and excellent communication and tuning capabilities across specialist areas to align product, technology, UX, data protection and compliance with a common goal.
