Senior Group Controller - SAP CO Governance & Margin Analysis (m/f/d)

Governance of CO value flows: Conception and care of envelopes, billing logics and transmitter-receiver relationships incl. standards and documentation; Ensuring master data and allocation logic. CO-Close control (WD 2–5): calculate hourly rates and residual costs; secure dates and quality across all regions/legal units; Define RACI and Key User enablement. Extend margin analysis: refine cost-carrying bill, design top-down distributions and establish multidimensional coverage contributions per region, function and product. Ensure data quality: plausibility of transactions, analyze and interpret results, answer stakeholder requests and perform special analyses. Reporting: Data supply for FIORI, Tagetik and SAC reports is responsible. Planning and interfaces: Support planning cycles and work closely with Accounting, Data Analytics and SAP-CO-Customizing.

Complete economic studies and at least 5 years of controlling experience in the international group, ideally in a matrix organization. Deep expertise in SAP CO (costs, internal orders, transfer/distribution, billing) as well as in Margin Analysis/CO-PA or costs account; S/4HANA experience of advantage. Secure understanding of monthly closing processes and the interaction of FI and CO (Legal vs. management view). Practice with consolidation/reporting systems, ideally Tagetik and SAC; high affinity for data quality and analysis. Embossed governance, communication and enforcement strength with cooperative mindset versus decentralised teams. Very good knowledge of German and English.
