WHIR the kitchen 13 and are called for our address. We are at the same time kitchen and restaurant – all in one room. That's why it's a bit more lively and our guests appreciate that: the special atmosphere, the good food, the honest service. Jan-Philipp Iwersen has been standing since 2010 with his colleagues at our herd, attaching great importance to perfect origin of the goods, fresh preparation and a pinch of refinery.

• A completed training as cook or cook or comparable practical experience • Professional experience in a professional kitchen • Pleasure of creative seasonal cuisine and high-quality products • Clean, structured and responsible work • Quality awareness and attention to detail • Team spirit, reliability and durability • Want to introduce yourself professionally and develop together with us

• You work independently on your post and make sure you run smoothly. • You prepare food professionally and with high quality standards. • You organize the Mise en Place and keep an overview during the service. • You control goods, quality and inventory in your area. • You bring ideas into our seasonal menu. • You work closely and collaboratively with the entire kitchen team. • You reliably maintain our hygiene, quality and safety standards. • Depending on the experience, you can help with the introduction and guidance of new team members and trainees.
