You take responsibility for the press work in the setting area as well as for internal communication and create articles for our employees' portal KIWi. As a key contact person (m/w/d) for our business partners in the field of public relations work, you coordinate cooperations and relevant requests. They plan and organize events – both at the level of management and on the basis of central requirements – and represent our institution at vocational training fairs. Cooperation with external partners is in your hands: they coordinate joint projects and implement various marketing measures within the framework of our Directorate. They build a resilient network and actively contact relevant university organisations. In addition, you can design and accompany campus actions as well as courses in the student environment. In your role, you will specifically maintain contact with schools – both locally and digitally – and act as contact persons (m/w/d) for decision-makers (m/w/d), such as rectors (m/w/d). They are committed to supporting self-help groups and implement appropriate measures in their function as a directional implementation manager (m/w/d).

They have a corresponding specialist examination in the field of statutory health insurance (AOK-operator [m/w/d], health insurance company / specialist [m/w/d], F/B examination), a dispensed commercial development or have completed the dual study ''Management in the Health Industry''. Ideally, you have a multiannual special professional experience in the field of public work or school services. They think and act cost-consciously, employ resources eco-nomically and think in subcontracting contexts. They set themselves goals and engage themselves out of their own drive for their realization. They actively go to others and occur safely and convincingly. It is easy for you to think and act in connected structures.
