Idea Manager (m/f/d)

The development, control and auditing/administration of the entire idea management process: from submission to implementation belong to your tasks. You will take over the preparation and moderation of the evaluation committee meetings and implementation of the decisions taken there. You are assisting employees and leaders in ideas formulation, evaluation and feasibility. The responsibility for the strategic and processal further development as well as continuous improvement of ideas management, in particular the establishment of a comprehensive metric system, is your responsibility. You actively support the disciplines and design the planning, coordination and execution of various campaigns. You will start reports and presentation on relevant analyses and results for decision-making bodies. You will take the training of the reviewers. You enter our ideas management tools and make corresponding adjustments. The creation of process documentation is also one of your tasks.

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor) or a comparable qualification with a multi-year professional experience in ideas management or a similar position. The ability to work into complex (technical and also legal) facts, as well as a technical understanding. You have sound knowledge of innovation methods and assessment systems as well as tools in the field of ideas management. Your above-average negotiation skills, your strong communication skills and integrity characterize you. You are customer and service oriented. Your organizational strength, self-initiative and target orientation are introduced every day. You have fun working in the team. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
