This is your responsibility: Discipline and professional leadership of the directly subordinate branch teams Ensuring the personnel occupation of the regional market director (service and advice) Ensuring initiatives, holistic, cooperative and demand-oriented advice and support for members and customers, as well as support for their own customer base Responsibility for market development and the identification of sales potentials based on developed sales concepts Responsibility for (further) development and implementation of measures to increase member and customer satisfaction Responsibility for leadership and development of the team, including further development of employees through training on the job (TOJ) and coaching

To convince us: completed studies, training or relevant qualifications in the financial sector optimal experience in leadership, motivation and development of employees well-founded knowledge in the private customer business, the overall banking strategy and the bank’s construction and execution organisation as well as customer segmentation strong analytical thinking and focus on strategic thinking and action clear sales orientation with focus on holistic and demand-oriented customer consulting Communication and decision-making personality incl. Joy in work with people High level of responsibility, self-initiative and resilience Openness and readiness for change
