Financial Accountant (m/w/d) Finance and Accounting

The preparation of payment transactions is one of your own responsibility tasks, such as monitoring the accounting accounts. In DATEV you create the sales tax pre-registrations as well as various evaluations. Support in the confirmation and booking of the documents in the ERP system and clarifications in the dunning system or in the case of claims. For overarching administrative projects, you act as a staff member between the manufacturing and commercial departments and the management. After incorporation, you will be happy to contribute to the process optimization in financial and accounting and assist in the production of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as in financial statements in cooperation with the external tax advisor and management.

You have a completed commercial vocational training (e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d), tax specialist (m/w/d), accounting specialist (m/w/d), balance sheet financial accountant (m/w/) etc.) or an economic study with professional experience in finance and accounting. Knowledge in dealing with DATEV is desirable. Skills in handling the MS Office package, especially Excel, are needed for evaluations. Structured and reliable operation with a pronounced number affinity.
