The Competence Center Application Lifecycle Management (CCALM) is an IT application provider at the Chief Information Office (CIO). We provide the corporate IT applications for optimal use for our colleagues:inside. Your profile:

• Completed relevant studies or comparable training with professional experience
• Experience in the (disciplinary) leadership of employees in virtual and distributed teams
• At least 5 years of professional experience in one of the mentioned technology fields Micro Strategy, IBM Data Stage, Oracle DB, Apex or Flutter/C#
• Experience in providing AI platforms to develop applications desirable
• Very good knowledge and practical experience in common (multi-)project management tools (especially MS Project, Jira, reporting or BI systems etc.)
• Enforcement strength, persuasiveness, feedback and critique as well as pronounced service orientation
• Experience in personnel capacity planning
• Certification in the Agile Leadership context of advantage (e.g. OKR, CAL or similar)
• readiness to regular Germany-wide and multi-day missions

Your tasks:

Discipline leadership and motivation. They promote and develop employees with a view to the strategic orientation of corporate IT in different skills (e.g. MicroStrategy, IBM InfoSphere, Oracle Apex, Python). After the Servant Leadership Mindset, you support the self-organization in the team and contribute to the promotion of corporate culture without neglecting the necessary capacities (personal, budget, technology).

Development of the organization CIO CCALM. They are responsible for achieving the Top Level Key Results and support our Agile Coaches as well as the associated teams in developing mid-level goals. Ensure compliance with ITIL, DevSecOps and BWI processes and adapt them as required, taking into account the agile operation.

Improving efficiency through automation. As a responsible person for the delivery quality of the services in the Service Package, you ensure scalability and efficiency of Service Design and Service Architecture including the necessary documentation protection.

Stakeholder management and reporting. In close cooperation with different stakeholders, you will process critical incidents, risks and audits to meet the requirements of IT security. They provide a continuous flow of information on the CCALM leadership and represent CCALM in bodies and projects.
