As a front office manager: you are the heart of our reception and the soul of our team. Sure, you have an overview of all processes at the front office – from check-in to checkout, from booking to enthusiasm. But above all, you're here for your team. You lead, promote and demand – with clarity, fairness and a decent portion of empathy. You realize potentials, develop your team and create an atmosphere where everyone likes to work. As a front office manager, the following activities cover your area of responsibility: Leadership and Motivation of the Front Office Team – You are contact person:in, coach and retention in one Active participation in shiftwork – You are in the middle of it only and keep an overview Creation and maintenance of schedules, incorporation of new team members and organisation of daily business Close coordination with the Front Office Supervisor to ensure a smooth run Quality Assurance: You pay attention to standards, identify optimization potentials and set new impulses Contact person:in for guests – whether personal, telephone or digital: you will find solutions, no excuses Close cooperation with housekeeping, reservation, technology & Co. – Teamplay across all departments Cash management, billing control and daily accounts are also part of your responsibility You contribute to filling our concept with life – warm, creative and professional
