You show operational excellence in purchasing – at supplier, procurement and quality levels. You support the Senior Category Buyer in all shopping activities. You carry out supplier negotiations, annual discussions and tastings independently. You are responsible for the independent implementation of advertising planning, including the collection of articles and quantities, as well as the determination of sales prices and subsequent monitoring (responsibility check and price drop). You have fun in trendscouting and implementing product innovations. You are close to the market and are constantly watching the competition. Your analytical skills are not too short. You are responsible for the development and implementation of measures for assortment and price optimization. Together with the assistant: within the team, you will ensure the careful and complete maintenance of all data (maintenance data, conditions, data relevant to sales). You are a competent contact person for internal and external interfaces.
