For further technical and organizational development of accounting, we are now looking for an experienced account holder (m/w/d) in full-time and indefinite permanent employment, which provides his multiannual professional experience. You take over the technical and organizational management of a small team in accounting and financial accounting.

In this responsible position, you work with the managing director in a trustful and direct manner and are an important contact person for all issues relating to accounting. It expects a varied area of responsibility with a high degree of self-responsibility, short coordination paths and the possibility of developing existing structures and processes with its own ideas in a sustainable manner.

You take over the technical control and coordination of the accounting team and ensure structured, efficient processes. You are responsible for the proper financial and accounting of several small companies within the group of companies. You create or coordinate monthly and annual accounts according to HGB. You support complex accounting issues and actively support your team in operational daily business. You will ensure the quality of the accounts, bookings and final documents. You accompany the further development and digitization of the accounting processes. You identify optimization potentials, improve existing structures and create transparent processes. You act as contact persons for internal departments, management, tax advisors and auditors.

You have a completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK), an economic study or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in financial and balance sheet accounting as well as sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB. You are safe in the production of monthly and annual accounts. You have good knowledge of DATEV or comparable accounting and ERP systems as well as MS Excel. Experiences in a holding structure, with several companies or in the intercompany sector are advantageous. You convince by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
