• Planning, organizing and coordinating personnel development and qualification measures with a trained look for training needs.

• Training, workshops and seminars will guide you with enthusiasm and ensure a structured follow-up of learning success.

• Create and manage personnel-relevant documents such as work contracts, terminations and certificates carefully.

• Input and exit processes as well as time corrections in SAP work reliably and conscientiously.

• With your commitment, you actively contribute to the optimization of HR processes and support cross-departmental projects.
