Your tasks – designing education, accompanying development:

• They create stimulating educational spaces and accompany learning processes in Daily routine, on excursions or in projects
• Each child perceives you with his own situation and personality, observing and documenting child development

• In reconciliation and development talks and events open, respectful and stimulating in dialogue with families

Your profile – expertise meets heart:

• Skill for work as a pedagogical specialist in accordance with § 25b HKJGB (m/w/d), childhood education (m/w/d) or

• Knowledge of the Hessian Education and Education Plan and contemporary pedagogical work with children between 0 and 10 years

• German knowledge ideally at level C1 (GER), at least B2 with Willingness to further develop through targeted language courses

• Passion for work with children and families and joy in Teamwork
