Together with experienced colleagues, you advise national and international investors, real estate funds, real estate companies and public authorities in all areas of real estate law. Particular focus is on the following areas: Real estate transactions: Accompanying the sale of commercial real estate in the entire federal territory Design of the necessary purchase contracts and other contracts Implementation of due diligence
Project developments: Design and negotiation of construction contracts Creating tailor-made rental agreements in the field of commercial rental law Public building law including design and negotiation of urban contracts
