IT Consultant (m/f/d)

Become an IT Consultant (m/w/d) part of our technical integration team and is responsible for the automation of publishing classic and programmatic job advertisements and the application process. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future. Your tasks You plan and coordinate the installation of the interfaces to the applicant management systems of our large customers for the transmission of classical and programmatic job advertisements as well as the imaging of the application process. You regularly interact with our developers and work with our customer service and our customers. For quality assurance, existing interfaces are monitored by you. In case of error message, you initiate appropriate measures. You work and care for your projects in our internal systems and organize your daily tasks through our ticket system.

Completed IT training, study in a relevant subject or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience At least 2-3 years of professional experience in customer care in the technical environment and first API knowledge desirable Knowledge of XML/JSON and HTML Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
