Central contact person: Technically serviced by customers and traders as well as central contact point for internal and external bodies in all questions concerning spare parts for all product types Technical spare parts identification based on explosion drawings, parts catalogues and serial numbers Technical interface: link between customer/handler and workshop/service Instruction and support of dealers in the order of spare parts (e.g. via online portal/shop) master data and data management: applying article numbers in the ERP system as well as maintaining the spare parts master data, the (digital) spare parts catalog and the spare parts data in the PIM system for the online shop Order and offer processing: offer creation and maintenance of price lists and conditions, including complete order collection and processing Verification that all capable ET orders are delivered Emergency Management: Prioritized processing of emergency and emergency orders at the customer's machine stand Complaint and Damage Processing: Processing of Customer Advertising in Wrong Delivery or Transport Damage as well as handling and filing of Transport Damage with our Package Service Providers Processing of ET returns and creation of credits
