As a home technician, you will be responsible for a firm part of our nationwide site network. Your area is mainly located in Franconia, Thuringia and Osthessen. Occasional operations at other locations within Germany are also part of your activity. You are the first specialist in technical issues on site and, together with internal and external partners, will ensure the smooth operation of our health centres.

In detail, this means: Conducting regular technical objects Implementation of small repair, maintenance and repair work Coordination, monitoring and control of external craft and maintenance companies Support for minor reconstruction, modernisation and renovation measures Control of technical installations and support in the organisation of statutory audits Processing of technical disturbances and initiation of appropriate measures Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of technical Object documents Close cooperation with real estate management and Contact persons in our health centres Participation in the continuous development of our technical standards and processes

Complete craft or technical training or a comparable qualification Ideally experience in technical building operations, facility management or in a comparable activity Craft skills and technical understanding Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications Class B driving licence High readiness for travel with regular multi-day journeys Friendly and safe occurrence as well as pleasure in dealing with different appeals Teamability, organisational skills and responsibility Required: qualification as an electrician for defined activities or the willingness to acquire them in the course of a further education Residence ideally located in the area of use (Osthessen, Franken, Thuringia)
