First contact point for about 100 employees from entry to exit in personal economic matters Preparation and transfer of payroll data to an external service provider Coordination of applicant management Creation of personal-related evaluations and statistics Accompanying HR projects as well as digitizing workflows in personnel management

Successful completion of vocational training in the field of personnel, e.g. to the personnel specialist / personnel specialist businessman (m/w/d) Experience in HR / Human Resources in a Generalist / Administrative Role Good knowledge with a time management program such as SAGE, HR WORKS, or ATOSS are advantageous Empathic, open minded personality
