That's what you expect: You support the Customer Solutions team in developing our physical and digital customer touchpoints

You actively work with the current projects and take individual project modules independently

For the Sales Team, you will provide information about the Service Point network and the digital shipping solutions to target groups

To optimize the customer experience, you advertise customer feedback and initiate appropriate measures

Together with the team, you monitor the quality at our service points and support initiatives to improve processes

You carry out analyses and evaluate the results together with the team

When creating presentations and management templates, you can actively support the team

That's what distinguishes you: You are currently in your Bachelor's or Master's degree with focus on BWL or Logistics and are still at least. 6 months registered

You can score points with good academic achievements and have already gained first practical experience through previous internships or student jobs

You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical enquiries you like to edit and want to get to know new tools, such as Power BI

You can meet challenges with curiosity and fun in finding solutions

During your experience, you have already worked with different stakeholders and can also move safely in the English language environment
