Our CURA SeniorenCentrum Winsen (in 21423 Winsen) is located in the south of the Hamburg metropolitan region, on the river Luhe in the Lüneburger Heide. Here we take care of our 100 people in need of care in two living areas.

Your tasks:

• you train our students: in practice and accompany them in theory. You have a wide range of design possibilities
• you work new employees: in practice
• you have the opportunity to coach and organize events in our company across institutions
• you cooperate in close cooperation as a representative: in the establishment with nursing schools and accompany projects
• you take over the tasks of a nurse

Your profile:

• completed 3-year training for nursing staff/care professionals, in the field of health care and nursing, care for children or nursing
• ideally professional experience in the care of trainees in the healthcare industry
• Training as a practical manager:in or the willingness to start it
• very high social competence and commitment
