Your duties

• Tours in the object, monitoring the state of the building equipment
• Maintenance and repair work on technical installations
• Safe handling of computer and documentation activities
• Experience in object operation
• Contact for your customers and colleagues on site
• Shiftwork and call-ready required by agreement (long-term planned)
