We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated personality, which, through expertise, detailed orientation and adaptability, plays a key role in the further development of the financial processes.

Monthly and Annual Reports & Financial Reporting: You take responsibility for the completion and use the findings for data-based reports & recommendations for action. Implementation Accounting Processes: You set the Accounting Processes to optimally and maintain efficiency in existing workflows through close cooperation with other departments. Team Control & Development: You take account of the Accounting Lead and develop the existing Accounting team, promote continuous improvement and support significantly in recruiting and training new team members. AI- & Technology-Enablement: As part of cost management and invoice processing, you automate processes with AI tools, create business cases and take on your own initiative responsibility for the possible introduction of new technologies. Compliance & Risk Management: Your focus is also on adequate compliance with accounting regulations (HGB), tax requirements and reporting standards. In addition, you continuously implement and optimize internal control mechanisms to protect corporate values and data integrity.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and relevant tax regulations and ideally well-founded experience in Accounting, Finance or a Big-4- or Next-10 company You communicate safely in German and English You are familiar with ERP systems and have very good Excel skills You are technology-enhancing, have experience or great interest in AI and automation tools and do not shy the view over the edge of the plate
