Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Operational and strategic development of our business unit "CONTRACT" in the Stuttgart area with the focus on the occupation of projects by freelance specialists: inside or in cooperation with partners and subcontractors
• Active project acquisitions for new and existing customers by telephone calls and appointments on site
• Implementation of personal project clarification talks and negotiation of framework agreements
• Open and expand a network for long-term cooperation with customers, Freelancer:inside, partner and subcontractors
• You lead a team consisting of sales staff and recruiters:inside you are the first contact person:in disciplinary, technical and strategic questions
• You take the deputy direction of the entire branch

Your qualifications:
